By accessing or using our website and/or services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions of the company outlined below.

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of IT services (“Services”) by ALTECHMIND TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED (“Provider”) to the client (“Client”) as outlined in the proposal /and agreement. By engaging in the Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms and Conditions

Scope of Service: –

  1. The provider offers a wide range of IT solutions and services, including but not limited to software development, web designing, mobile application development, IT consulting and digital marketing. The specific scope of services provided to you will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal.
  2. ALTECHMIND TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED will strive to meet project milestones and deliver the completed work within the agreed-upon timeframe as outlined in the proposal/agreement.

Client Responsibilities:

As a client of Altechmind Technologies (OPC) Private Limited you agree to:

  1. Providing accurate and complete information required for the project execution.
  2. Provide timely feedback, content, and any necessary approvals throughout the project timeline. 
  3. The Client acknowledges that delays in providing necessary materials or approvals may impact project delivery timelines.

Confidentiality: –

  1. Both parties agree to treat all non-public information exchanged during the course of the project as confidential. This includes but is not limited to trade secrets, business strategies, client data and/or other confidential materials.
  2. ALTECHMIND TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED shall not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from the Client unless required by law.

Privacy Policy: –

The provider’s privacy policy governs the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy: –

  1. The Client agrees to pay ALTECHMIND TECHNOLOGIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED the agreed-upon project cost as outlined in the proposal /and agreement.
  2. Payment shall be made according to the payment schedule agreed upon by both parties.
  3. The 1st installment of payment received in advance for commencement of work is non-refundable.
  4. We provide a refund for the 2nd & 3rd installment if, in case, you are not satisfied with our service/work. Kindly, refer to our Refund Policies for more details.  

Intellectual Property Rights: –

  1. All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the provider’s website and services are owned by the provider. You agree not to produce, distribute or use any such content without prior written permission from the provider.
  2. The provider acknowledges that all pre-existing intellectual property provided by the Client for incorporation into the deliverables shall remain the property of the Client.
  3. Upon completion of the Services and full payment, the provider will transfer ownership of the deliverables to the Client, excluding any third-party software or licensed components.

Limitation of Liability: –

  1. The provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the provision of Services or any use of the deliverables.
  2. In any circumstances, provider’s liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under the Agreement.

Use of Our Website and Services: –

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and to agree to abide by all relevant laws and regulations.  That, you shall not do any illegal or unauthorized act, including but not limited to violating any intellectual property rights or transmitting harmful or unlawful material. The company reserves the right to terminate services and disassociate from you if found to be engaged in illegal activities.

Indemnification: –

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the provider, its director, employees and agent from claims, damages, losses or liabilities arising out of your use/misuse of the services.

Governing Law: –

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:  –

The provider reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
